Listing information (hotels, restaurants, attractions, events) is provided for general travel planning purposes. Prices, hours and availability should be confirmed directly with the business before booking.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Reviews you submit must be honest and based on genuine experience. You must be able to legally form a binding contract to create an account.

Go Hargeisa connects travelers with independently owned hotels, restaurants, and other businesses. We are not the operator of those businesses — a booking request submitted through Go Hargeisa is a request to that business, not a confirmed reservation with us, and the business is responsible for honoring it. Always confirm details directly with the business.

Go Hargeisa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information found on this site or app, or from your dealings with any listed business.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — including fraudulent reviews, abusive behavior, or attempts to misuse the booking system. You may delete your own account at any time from Account Settings.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Somaliland, where Go Hargeisa operates.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site or app after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
